West Hartford Symphony Orchestra Upcoming Concert Canceled
The WHSO is following the state's and the Town of West Hartford's best health and safety practices regarding event cancelations.
The West Hartford Symphony Orchestra (WHSO) has canceled its upcoming March 29 concert to be held at Kingswood Oxford School in West Hartford in light of the evolving COVID-19 concerns. This has not been an easy decision, but the WHSO is following the state’s and the Town of West Hartford’s best health and safety practices regarding event cancelations, especially those that have more than 100 people in attendance. Restricting large gatherings may slow the spread of transmission, and we want to do all that we can to ensure the health and safety of our audience.
For our annual subscribers and individual concert ticket holders who have purchased tickets for the event, the WHSO will offer credit for a future concert, transfer ticket cost to a donation, or offer a full refund. Ticket holders should contact 860-521-4362 or whsymphony@gmail.com.
