West Hartford Wrong Way Crash Sends 9 People to Hospital
State police said a vehicle traveling the wrong way on I-84 struck multiple vehicles near Exit 40.

WEST HARTFORD, CT – A wrong was car crash on I-84 sent nine people to the hospital Wednesday morning, NBC Connecticut reported.
State police said the crash was caused by a Toyota Corolla traveling north in the southbound lanes of Route 9, according to NBC Connecticut. The car continued traveling and struck three vehicles near Exit 40.
Nine people were injured and sent to the hospital as a result of the crash for evaluation, NBC Connecticut reported. Some victims reported minor injuries.
