West Hartford's Brianna Grande Signs Letter of Intent with SCSU
Grande will play lacrosse for the Owls next year.

West Hartford’s Brianna Grande has signed her National Letter of Intent to attend and play lacrosse at Southern Connecticut State University.
Grande, a senior at Conard, will play for coach Maureen Spellman and join the Owls’ for the 2016 campaign.
Grande has been a three-sport standout in soccer, indoor track and field and lacrosse at Conard. She was an All-State and All-Conference performer in lacrosse as a junior in 2014 as the Chieftains qualified for the state tournament.

Grande has also served as a team captain for the soccer and track and field squads. She has been recognized extensively for her work in the classroom as an All-Academic honoree.
The Owls finished the 2014 season with a program record four victories. They open the 2015 season on March 1 with a game at Bentley.
