West Hartford's Weekend Weather Forecast Includes Chance of Showers

If only we could get today’s forecast to be what we’d end up with on Saturday… But before we get to the weekend, we’re looking at a picture perfect weather day on Thursday with sunny skies and temps in the high 60s to 70 degrees.

Friday is expected to be even slightly better with sunny skies and temps around 70 degrees.

Saturday, however, is shaping up to be the worst day of the weekend with rain showers expected to begin overnight and possibly continuing throughout the day.

But the sun reappears on Sunday, and a gorgeous weather day is forecast with high temperatures approaching the high-70s.

Here is West Hartford’s latest hyperlocal forecast from the National Weather Service:

Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 75. Calm wind becoming southwest 5 to 8 mph in the afternoon.

Friday Night: A chance of showers, mainly after midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 55. South wind 5 to 9 mph becoming light after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.

Saturday: A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 77. South wind 3 to 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

Saturday Night: A chance of showers, mainly before 1am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 60. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

Sunday: Partly sunny, with a high near 78.

Sunday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 54.
