WEST HARTFORD, CT — The local police department is seeking college interns for a special program that teaches interns the ins and outs of a career in law enforcement.

The West Hartford Police Department's "Behind the Badge: College Police Academy" starts next month and slots are open.

The 120-hour program runs from Monday, June 24, to Friday, July 12, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the WHPD.
