2 West Haven Teams Earn Berths in High School Football Playoffs

WEST HAVEN, CT — The CIAC released its pairings for the state high school football playoffs Friday, and a pair of scholastic teams based in West Haven will be competing for championships.

West Haven, the No. 2 seed in Class LL, will open with a home game against No. 7 Ridgefield, while in Class L, No. 6 Notre Dame-West Haven travels to No. 3 New London.

Here are the complete pairings for Classes LL, L, M and S; all opening round games are Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
