6 Accused Of Enticing Minors Online: West Haven Police
Police say six men were arrested following an operation that took place over the past month.
WEST HAVEN, CT — Six men are accused of trying to entice minors online, according to West Haven police. The suspects tried to meet minors through social media outlets for “illegal activity,” according to Sgt. Charles Young.
Members of the West Haven Police Department’s Special Victims Unit and Street Crime Unit conducted an operation during February and March that resulted in the arrest of six men, Young said.
Three men – George Hamilton, 29, of Milford; Osmond Edwards, 44, of West Haven; and German Guadalupe Aquirre, 44, of New Haven – were arrested Feb. 6. They were each charged with enticing a minor by computer.

The other three suspects – 35-year-old Ryan Connellan of West Haven, 37-year-old Gustavo Adolfo Cerrato-Juarez of Bridgeport and 70-year-old Louis Becker Pieper of Stratford – were arrested March 5. They were each charged with enticing a minor by computer.
