In the quiet basement of the Ora Mason Library on the second Thursday of each month except for July and August a small group of women meet. This group are members of the West Haven Garden Club organized on December 5, 1929, and became a member of The Federated Garden Clubs of Ct., Inc. on February 6, 1930.
Among the Club’s project is maintenance of the historical Prudden St., burial site of William Campbell, the man for whom Campbell Ave. is named after. The Club also delivers small colorful arrangements to local nursing homes.
