Property For Zuppardi’s Apizza Expansion Sells For $2.45M In West Haven

The property has been sold for $2.45 million, realtors announced.

WEST HAVEN, CT — The property that will be used for Zuppardi’s Apizza’s frozen food expansion has been sold for $2.45 million, realtors announced.

Michael Richetelli, President and Designated Broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., announced this week the successful completion of the sale of 755 First Avenue in West Haven, a 26,714 square foot warehouse/industrial property located just off Interstate 95 at Exit 43.

The property sold for $2.45 million, with Fred A. Messore, Sr. Vice President/Broker Associate of Colonial Properties, Inc., representing the buyer, Cheri Pearce, d/b/a 19 Realty, LLC, in the transaction, according to a news release. The seller, Odin Holdings, LLC, was represented by Steve Ozyck of Higgins Group Real Estate in Fairfield.

“The well-positioned industrial asset offers excellent highway access and a highly functional layout suited for warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing users,” the news release states. “Pearce will utilize the property for the expanding frozen food division of Zuppardi’s Frozen Foods LLC, helping support the company’s continued growth and increased demand from both local and national markets.”

In addition to representing the buyer in the acquisition, Messore will also be handling the leasing of the remaining approximately 9,300-square foot warehouse space available at the property, according to the news release.

The seller was represented by Attorney Michael Burdo of Milazzo & Associates, LLC in Fairfield. The buyer was represented by Attorney Vincent Falcone of Falcone Law Firm in West Haven.
