WEST HAVEN, CT — A winning lottery ticket worth more than $23,000 was recently sold in West Haven, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
A West Haven resident won $23,530 on a FAST PLAY - $2 CASINO CASH PROGRESSIVE ticket that was sold at Sam's Food Store at 665 Campbell Avenue in West Haven, according to lottery officials.
The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners' names without their written consent in accordance with a new Connecticut law, which was effective Oct. 1, 2025.
