WEST HAVEN, CT — A winning scratch ticket worth $10,000 was recently sold at a business in West Haven, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
A New Britain resident, who wished to remain anonymous, won $10,000 on a 10X Cash 16th Edition scratch ticket that was sold at Afz Foodmart at 544 Derby Avenue in West Haven, according to Lottery officials.
