The woman won $20,208 on a Play4 Day ticket that was sold at Bd Food Mart &amp; Deli at 147 Campbell Avenue in West Haven, according to Lottery officials. The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners' full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scam, according to officials.
