Stop by the West Haven Public Library to learn about the many supportive services offered by Connecticut Hospice! Representatives will be available to answer questions and share information about hospice care, palliative care, home care services, caregiver respite, bereavement support, and other resources for patients and families facing serious illness. Information will be available in both English and Spanish. Everyone is welcome!
