Car Wash Celebrates Grand Opening In West Haven

WEST HAVEN, CT — West Haven Mayor Edward M. O’Brien, center, cuts the ceremonial ribbon Sept. 9 with Budget Car Wash owner Sammy Rivera to mark the grand opening of the 24-hour car wash at 936 Boston Post Road, formerly Brothers Four Car Wash.
