Child’s ATV Swiped From Yard In West Haven: Police

WEST HAVEN, CT — West Haven Police are investigating the theft of a small ATV stolen from a Trumbull Street address on Monday night. Theft occurred at about 11:15 p.m. on Aug. 28, according to police.

Police said the white male in the surveillance photo shown carrying the rear of the quad has a large tattoo on his right forearm.
