WEST HAVEN, Oct. 4, 2021 — Mayor Nancy R. Rossi will hold a public hearing on the raising of Beach Street at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6, in the Harriet C. North Community Room on the second floor of City Hall, 355 Main St.

Face masks are required in City Hall.
