Closure Of I-95 Exit Off-Ramp Begins In West Haven
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is advising motorists that the exit will be closed periodically for a project.
WEST HAVEN, CT — The Connecticut Department of Transportation has announced that I-95 southbound at Exit 43 in West Haven will be closed periodically during the night over the next week to perform drainage and utility work.
The work began Tuesday, July 7, and is expected to be completed Thursday night, July 16, according to officials.
The exit will not be closed on Friday or Saturday nights, according to an advisory.

LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO
The anticipated lane closure will run nightly from 9 p.m. – 5 a.m., Sunday night through Thursday night.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
