Coronavirus Case Confirmed At Elementary School In West Haven
A student at Savin Rock Community School in West Haven has tested positive for the coronavirus.
WEST HAVEN, CT — A student at Savin Rock Community School in West Haven has tested positive for the coronavirus, according to the New Haven Register.
The Register reports students in one classroom are being quarantined as a result of the positive test. This was the first coronavirus case at Savin Rock, which serves students in pre-K through fifth grade.
Only one classroom is involved in the quarantine because the elementary school students stay in one room during the day, according to the Register.
