Crews Respond To 2-Alarm Fire In West Haven

Members from all three fire districts responded, according to officials.

WEST HAVEN, CT — Crews extinguished a 2-alarm fire at a home on Elm Street Tuesday afternoon in West Haven, according to officials.

Members from all three fire districts responded to the fire on Elm Street between Third and Fourth Avenue, according to a post on the West Haven Professional Firefighters- IAFF Local 1198 union’s Facebook page.

Officials said the fire was under control around 3:30 p.m., and crews remained at the scene for overhaul.
