Dog Found Roaming In West Haven
The dog was severely matted when he was found, according to the animal shelter.
WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with locating a lost dog’s owner. The dog (pictured) was found roaming in the area of Swapscott Street and Tetlow Street on Friday night (Sept. 27).
“As you can see in his before picture, he was severely matted,” the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook.
