WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog’s owner. The dog, pictured, was found roaming off Meloy Road.
“He does not have tags, or a microchip,” the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. “If anyone knows where he belongs, please call 203-937-3642.”
