WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help locating a lost dog’s owner. The dog was found roaming on Kimberly Avenue near the bridge. The male Schnauzer was wearing a brown collar and jacket and has no microchip, according to the animal shelter.
