WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with locating a lost dog’s owner. The dog (pictured) was found roaming on Main Street near Candee Avenue, according to the animal shelter. “Does anyone know this cute little guy, wearing a collar, no tags, no microchip,” the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. “If anyone has any information please contact the west haven animal shelter at 203-937-3642.”
