"This sweet boy was found roaming on Sorenson Rd wearing a blue collar with an apple air tag and a Whistle Pet tracker device on it," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "He has no microchip. If anyone has any information on where this sweet guy lives, please contact the West Haven Animal Shelter between 8am and 3pm every day."
