"This sweet guy was found roaming on Rangely St. wearing a color, no tags or microchip," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "If anyone has any information on this sweet boy, please contact the West Haven Animal shelter at 203-937-3642 between 8am and 3pm every day. Please leave all messages in the general voicemail box."
