Dollar Tree Could Move Into Vacant CVS Building In West Haven: Report
A former CVS building in West Haven could be turned into a Dollar Tree, according to the New Haven Register.
WEST HAVEN, CT — A Dollar Tree store could move into the vacant building formerly occupied by CVS in the Allingtown neighborhood of Wst Haven, according to the New Haven Register.
The owner of the property at 252 Boston Post Road has submitted an application to the West Haven Department of Planning & Development, the Register reported, noting that WHCV Realty LLC is the owner, per city land records.
Since Dollar Tree would maintain the zoned retail use, the Register said the proposal is not expected to appear before any regulatory bodies.
