WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with locating a lost dog’s owner. The female Pitbull (pictured) was found roaming on Smith Street near Washington Avenue. She was found with no tags, no collar and no microchip, according to the animal shelter.
