"This sweet boy was found roaming on Jessie Drive wearing a red Harness, no tags and not microchipped," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "If anyone has any information on him please contact the West Haven Animal shelter at 203-937-3642 between 8am and 3pm any day, please leave all voicemails in the general voicemail box."
