Man Assaulted Clerk During Armed Robbery: West Haven Police
Police have arrested the suspect accused of pistol-whipping a clerk during an armed robbery in West Haven.

WEST HAVEN, CT — A New Haven man is accused of assaulting a clerk during an armed robbery of a Krauszer's in West Haven Sunday night, according to police.
West Haven Police Detectives have arrested Levon Brock, 27, of Howard Street, New Haven, for the robbery of the Krauszer's on Elm Street where a clerk was seriously assaulted, according to police.
During the robbery, a suspect who was wearing a mask and armed with a gun, pistol-whipped the cashier and fled with cash from the register, police said.

Brock was charged with robbery, assault, larceny, criminal possession of a firearm and criminal possession of ammunition. He was held on bond.
