Man Charged with Assaulting Woman in Domestic Dispute: West Haven Police
The victim was hospitalized with "extensive" facial injuries, according to police.

WEST HAVEN, CT — A 21-year-old West Haven man is accused of assaulting a woman during a domestic dispute late Saturday night, according to police.
Police responded to a Kenneth Street address at about 11:30 p.m. on Feb. 4 on the report of a domestic dispute.
Responding officers found a female victim with extensive facial injuries and she was immediately transported to an area hospital for treatment, according to police.

Police said officers worked throughout the day to locate the suspect Joseph Angle, 21, of Washington Avenue in West Haven.
Angle was located Sunday afternoon and arrested on charges of first-degree assault, strangulation, unlawful restraint and breach of peace. He was held on a $150,000 bond.
