Local Vietnam era veterans will be the 2019 honorees at the West Haven Veterans Museum and Learning Center’s Annual Event on November 10, following several days of selected films in the new Edward Silver Media. The program of the day will include special guests, music, gift for the Vietnam veterans, tours and a full buffet.
