New Stop Sign Installed In West Haven

WEST HAVEN, CT — Police are advising motorists and pedestrians of a new stop sign that has been installed in West Haven.

“A STOP sign has been placed at Washington Avenue and Beach Street to provide additional safety to those navigating the street,” police wrote in a post on Facebook. “This will also better assist those utilizing the crosswalk. Please be aware of the new signage and always abide by traffic signs and control signals. Thank you!”
