The Notre Dame-West Haven boys basketball team won its fifth straight SCC championship with a win over Fairfield Prep.
HAMDEN, CT — Notre Dame-West Haven won its fifth straight SCC boys basketball championship with a 73-51 victory over Fairfield Prep on Monday night at M&T Bank Arena at Quinnipiac University in Hamden.
Arkansas-bound senior Abdou Toure finished with 28 points, five rebounds and three blocks to lead the Green Knights (20-3), according to GameTimeCT.
Toure, who has signed a national letter of intent to play at Arkansas next season, was named the tournament’s Most Outstanding Player for the third straight year.

Jon Jones added 12 points for Notre Dame, while Kadrian Reeves and Eli Ssenyange each scored nine points apiece.
