WEST HAVEN, CT — Anna Simone DiElsi, 101, of West Haven passed away June 4, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Wife of the late Michael DiElsi. Beloved mother of Maria DiElsi Corenki of West Haven and Donato DiElsi of Norwalk. Also survived by 4 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers, Joseph, Sandy and Arthur Simone.
Anna was born in Roccamorice, Province of Pescara, Italy on January 1, 1924, a daughter of the late Nunzio and Maria DeClemente Simone. Prior to her retirement, she was a personal chef at Holy Infant Rectory in Orange.

Anna loved to cook and loved feeding people and most of all loved her family which was her life.
Family and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial Monday at 1:00 PM in Holy Infant Church in Orange. Entombment will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
