Obituary: Beth Denton, 64, Of West Haven

WEST HAVEN, CT - (From West Haven Funeral Home) Beth Denton, age 64, of West Haven passed away on August 16, 2021, with her family by her side. For 41 years, she was the loving wife of Kevin Denton. Beth was born in Philadelphia, PA, daughter of Florence Schwartz Goldman of FL and the late Charles Goldman. She is also survived by her adoring daughters Christina (Jarrod) Trapasso of FL and Jamie (Joseph) Pisanelle of Milford, her 2 cherished grandchildren, Elizabeth and Bernadette Pisanelle of Milford and her devoted sister Sheryl O’Brien of FL. Prior to her retirement, Beth was employed in the Technology Dept. at West Haven High School. She had many passions in life, including painting, singing, crafting, traveling and her love for all children, but most of all spending time with her granddaughters. Beth’s family would like to thank all the caring staff at Masonicare and Madison House for their kindness in her final days.

The hours of visitation will be held on Thursday (August 19) from 4-7 p.m. at the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday morning at 10 a.m. in the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to her name to a children’s charity of your choice.
