Obituary: Elizabeth Ludington, 93, Of West Haven
Betty worked for the West Haven Board of Education for over 30 years and was a lifelong parishioner of Our Lady of Victory Church.

WEST HAVEN, CT — (From West Haven Funeral Home): Elizabeth Ludington, 93, of West Haven, died on July 15, 2022, at Mary Wade Nursing Home in New Haven. Betty was born in New Haven on December 14, 1928, a daughter of the late Martin and Rose (Mulligan) Brennan.
Survived by loving daughters Rosemary (Ronald Sr.) Pelliccia and Denise (Joseph) Mastrio; grandchildren Ronald (Karen) Pelliccia Jr., Mathew (David Bryant) Pelliccia, Jody Mastrio and Graig Mastrio; as well as great grandchildren Devin Mastrio, Marcus Pelliccia, Lucca Pelliccia and Jax Mastrio. Aside from her parents, Betty is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roger Ludington; brother James (Grace) Brennan; as well as great-grandchildren Danica and Dominick Pelliccia.
Betty worked for the West Haven Board of Education for over 30 years and was a lifelong parishioner of Our Lady of Victory Church. Her greatest joy was that of spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and making lifelong memories along the way.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, July 27, from 9:30 a.m. – 11:30am, at which time a procession will depart the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Therese Church, North Haven, at 12 noon. Interment will immediately follow in All Saints Cemetery.
