Obituary: John Ziada, 53, Of West Haven

WEST HAVEN, CT — (From West Haven Funeral Home): It is with profound sadness that John Ziada, affectionately known to all as Johnny Z, entered into eternal rest at home on Feb. 10, 2022. Johnny leaves his wife and best friend Susie, adored daughters Samira and Zienna, father Sami, sister Adele and her husband Porky Gaudino and brother-in-law Andy Sharpe. He was predeceased by his mother Samira Dabai Ziada.

There are no words to describe the loss of such a wonderful, generous and kind man. He will be sorely missed by his family and the entire community of West Haven.

Visitation will take place on Monday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the West Haven Funeral Home. On Tuesday morning, all are asked to proceed directly to St. Barbara’s Greek Orthodox Church where funeral services will begin at 10 o’clock. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
