Joseph B. Scialla, 92, of West Haven, passed away January 24, 2019 in Apple-Rehab Laurel Woods. Husband of the late Annette Anania Scialla. Loving father of Joseph C. Scialla of Madison, Robert (Barbara) Scialla of Cheshire and Marianne (James) Kucharski of East Haven. Cherished grandfather of Bryon and Michael Kucharski and Geoffrey and Christine Scialla. Son of the late Leopoldo and Marianna Maffeo Scialla. Loving brother of Elaine Capecelatro of Orange and the late Anita Sisson, Rose Girard, Peggy Leddy, Anna Castiglione, Anthony, Donald, Dick and Augie Scialla. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Prior to his retirement Joe was the owner of the former Joe Scialla TV of West Haven and also worked for the former Glazier's Appliance of Ansonia. Joe was a founding member of the East Coast Swamp Flyers of Northford.
