Ruth Rogers, 70, of West Haven wife of James Tobin passed away on June 24, 2025 at Civita Care Center at West River. Ruth was born in Milford on August 7, 1954 daughter of the late Francis B. and Marion Davenport Rogers. Prior to her retirement, she was the owner of the former Topside Cafe of Milford.
