Renowned Glass Artist Buys Space For Studio In West Haven
Two sale transactions were recently announced by realtors.
WEST HAVEN, CT — A renowned glass artist has purchased space for a studio in West Haven, according to realtors.
The Geenty Group Realtors recently announced two sale transactions at 375 Morgan Lane in West Haven. The Seller was John D’Amato and the LAD Trust.
The first was the sale of two units totaling 2,560-square-feet for $164,000. Christine Barney was the buyer.

“Ms. Barney has been a renowned glass artist for many years,” realtors wrote in a news release. “Her work has been featured in numerous galleries and expositions around the world as well as in private homes and in several publications. She will use the newly acquired space for creating her artistic glass sculptures.”
The second transaction was the sale of a 1,280-square-foot unit. It was sold to Dennis Gagne in December for investment purposes at a sale price of $77,000, according to realtors. Gagne had previously purchased two other units at 375 Morgan Lane in June of 2021.

Cheryl Morris was the sole agent for both transactions, realtors said.
