Road Closure Announced In West Haven
Police are advising motorists of a road closure and traffic detour that will be in effect for a construction project.
WEST HAVEN, CT — Police are advising motorists of a road closure and traffic detour that will be in effect for a construction project. Cellini Place, from Boston Post Road to Forest Road, will be closed by the state beginning May 6 for an “extended period of time to provide safety for the public as well as the workers while construction is underway at the nearby site,” according to police.
“Detour signs will be in place to assist both pedestrians and motorist in safely navigating through the area,” police wrote in a post on Facebook. “Please slow down, pay attention to the signs and watch for pedestrians as you drive through the designated area.”
