Shots Fired Investigated In West Haven: Report

WEST HAVEN, CT — Police are investigating a shots fired incident that happened Monday night in West Haven.

Police said a fight broke out in the area of Second Avenue and Elm Street, and several hours later, a report of shots fired occurred in the same area.

“At this time, it has been determined to be an isolated incident with no threat to the public,” police wrote in a post on Facebook on Tuesday. “Our Investigative Services Division has now assumed the investigation. More information will be provided as it is available.”
