Two masked men tried to steal the vehicle in West Haven, according to a report.
WEST HAVEN, CT — Police are investigating after two masked men tried to steal a fire chief’s SUV Monday morning in West Haven, according to the New Haven Register.
The Register reports the incident happened near the city’s Allingtown District’s fire station headquarters on Admiral Street.
The suspects left in a vehicle that was stolen on Sunday night, according to the Register.
