WEST HAVEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Emma Clark, 13, who was reported from West Haven on March 9.
Clark is described by police as a white female with blonde hair and blue eyes. She is 5-feet tall and weighs 100 pounds.
She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a hooded sweatshirt.
