WEST HAVEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Mikayla Carmon, 13, who was reported missing from West Haven on Tuesday, Sept. 28.
Carmon has brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds.
She was last seen wearing khaki pants and a blue sweater.
