WEST HAVEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Carlito Davia-Lopez, 14, who has been missing from West Haven since Feb. 26. Davia-Lopez is an endangered runaway, according to police.
Davia-Lopez is described by police as a white male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a blue-hooded sweatshirt, tan pants and black sneakers. A photo wasn’t provided.
