WEST HAVEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Cynthia Conde, 14, who was reported missing from West Haven on Thursday, Aug. 5.
Conde has brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5-feet, 1-inch tall and weighs 130 pounds.
There was no description available for the last clothes she was seen wearing.
