WEST HAVEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Justin Donner, 16, who was reported missing from West Haven on Feb. 17. Donner is an endangered runaway, according to state police.
Donner is described by police as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 6-feet, 2-inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a royal blue jacket, a gray-hooded sweatshirt and black sweatpants. A photo wasn’t provided.
