WEST HAVEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Kavan Silva, 16, who was reported missing from West Haven on June 3. Silva is an endangered runaway, according to state police.
Silva has brown hair and green eyes. He is 5-feet, 10-inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.
