WEST HAVEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Garth Ragsdale, 17, who was reported missing from West Haven on July 30.
Ragsdale is described by police as a black male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5-feet, 9-inches tall and weighs 230 pounds.
There was no description available for the last clothes he was seen wearing and a photo wasn’t provided.
